90 Days Warranty on parts supplied
Exchange on parts received faulty or damaged after our investigation
Exchange or Refund will not be processed on parts returned used
Refund:
Cost of part only
Restock fee on approved Refund: $10.00 ex GST
“Change of Mind” Refund processed on receipt of the part returned (at customer’s expense) to IaFS Warehouse only after inspection and confirmation of part as unused
Postage & Handling will not be refunded for Change of Mind
Install and Fix Solutions will not be held liable for any damage, injury or electrical safety and failures to products or a person/s safety arising out of a customers negligence fitting parts or not using a licenced and trained tradesman to carry out works.
It is expected that appropriate steps are taken by you to ensure the suitability of any products prior to purchase. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damages that may occur from incorrect choice, incompatibility issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
